Denver Campus

The downtown Denver campus of the University of Colorado Denver (UCD) is one of three campuses within UCD. The downtown campus is also part of the Auraria Campus. The Auraria Campus is comprised of three institutions, including UCD, and is managed by Auraria Higher Education Center. UCD owns and manages two properties northeast of the Auraria Campus, the UC Denver Building and the Lawrence Street Center, which are managed and occupied by UCD only.

The Office of Facilities Services at the downtown campus has the following responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of the UC Denver Building (1250 14th Street) and the Lawrence Street Center (1380 Lawrence Street).
• Represent UCD for all capital projects in the UC Denver Building and Lawrence Street Center and act in a liaison capacity for large remodels on the main Auraria Campus.
• Represent the university on all Auraria capital and controlled maintenance projects.

Our front doors are open Monday-Friday 0600-7:30 PM, Saturday 7:30-5:00 PM and closed Sunday (Department policies may vary). After hours you will need an ID to gain access.
