Facilities Operations Building Services

Building Services focuses on cleaning services and the contract administration of GCA Services Custodial Contractor. Building Services Proctors perform daily inspections to document cleanliness and appearance. In addition to custodial services, Building Services does the Grounds and Landscaping, Road and Parking Lot Maintenance, Materials Handling, and Special Event setups, as well as pest control, trash and recycling, and snow removal.
