What's New with CANDOThe Nursing Workforce Digest - A Quarterly Annotation of Selected LiteratureThe Digest is an online, searchable database of citations and annotations of information about the nursing shortage, but not only from health resources. The digest collects its publication also in economics, politics, general public media and other variety sources of information. As you well know, the nursing shortage is a " hot topic " in the American's agenda , but it is also multidisciplinary and complex topic. Our objective has been to locate, annotate, and disseminate information from a wide spectrum of sources in order to provide an efficient means for decision-makers and others to keep current in this area. Annotations of published information (print and web-based) are added quarterly. News and updates are added every two weeks. All annotations are archived. Search the database by category of information, quarter in which it was posted on the site, or key words in the narrative portion of the annotation.
