RN Management/Leadership:
Definition: The RN (GN) will understand the concept and initiate the coordinating and directing of the nursing team to provide resident centered care through applying principles of management/leadership as evidenced by:

inter-collaboration interdisciplinary team (MD, PT, OT, Pharmacy, Speech)
exter-collaboration family, regulatory, outside community agencies
