Call for Papers

The Journal cordially invites authors to submit articles to be considered for publication. We are a professionally refereed scientific journal and will entertain submissions containing empirical research, program evaluations, case studies, unpublished dissertations, and other articles in the behavioral, social, and health sciences which clearly relate to the mental health status of American Indians and Alaska Natives.

In publication since 1987, this journal remains the only one of its kind to publish exclusively on American Indian and Alaska Native health. The Journal is viewed by thousands of users each month (i.e., an average of 10,000 hits per month recorded for Online Issues from the UCDHSC Web Statistics page in 2003). It is indexed in the PubMed, E-Psyche, and UMI databases.
