HOST (Help Our Students Travel) — The HOST Program has
helped CU's fourth-year medical students find a friendly home
while traveling for their residency interviews. The HOST program
puts fourth-year students in touch with CU medical alumni
who live in or near the cities where their residency interviews
are taking place. The alumni provide students with a free
place to stay for one or more nights. Vist the HOST
page for more information or to register to be a host.
The Foundations of Doctoring is a three-year,

The class representative is the primary contact between
the graduating class and the CU Medical Alumni Association,
especially during the reunion year. Class representatives
are invited to attend the Reunion Retreat and other medical
alumni events. Contact
us if you are interested in becoming a class representative
or want more information.
We coordinate significant reunion anniversaries (5th, 10th,
15th, etc.) for CU School of Medicine classes every year as
part of the annual Reunion Weekend. We are currently planning
2006 reunions for classes ending in "1's" and "6's."
Our staff takes care of most of the details, but the reunion
planning committee helps by communicating with classmates
to encourage them to attend. In our experience, this personal
contact from fellow classmates is the best guarantee of a
good class turnout.

Take a leadership role on the Medical Alumni Association
Board of Directors and help shape programs and policies that
serve alumni and the CU School of Medicine. A call for nominations
goes out each year, and you can nominate yourself if you’re
interested in joining the Board.
Camp Wapiyapi is a no cost respite for children with

medical students, the annual week long camp offers a safe
and nurturing environment to allow the children and their
siblings the natural freedoms of childhood. The Camp is staffed
by volunteer physicians and nurses available at all times
for the children’s healthcare needs. For information
about the Camp and how you can volunteer, visit their website
