know about your accomplishments, it enables us to stay in
contact with you about reunion information, added membership
benefits and regional activities. Keeping your information
current also allows us to help you and your classmates stay
in touch with one another.

on the form). If you choose to provide additional personal
information on the bottom half of the form we will keep it
on file for use in the Class Notes section of your Association's
