Colorado Science and Technology Park at Fitzsimons
The Fitzsimons redevelopment plan places the 227-acre Anschutz Medical Campus directly adjacent to the 160-acre Colorado Science and Technology Park at Fitzsimons being developed by the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority in partnership with Forest City. These entities will work in collaboration to ensure Colorado's place as a leader in biomedical research, health care education and patient care – well into the 21st century.

CSTPF will become the major commercial component of the Fitzsimons redevelopment plan. Housed just north of Montview Boulevard, this park is the ideal location for research-oriented bioscience and biotechnology companies seeking a planned business park setting in close proximity to an academic medical campus. The park will be the first of its kind west of the Mississippi River, and will benefit from access to scientific support services, facilities usage and research collaboration with members of the UCD Anschutz Medical Campus. Additionally, tenants of the park will have access to advanced research equipment and opportunities to distribute important research discoveries into the commercial marketplace. The collaboration will provide increased opportunities for university-industry development of new products and services from life science research.
