This project furthers the development of a secure, multi-site, web-based assistive technology outcomes system that will capture data for measuring the impact of assistive technology devices and services for children and adults with disabilities.

This project is designed to accommodate the ever-evolving schema for outcomes assessment in assistive technology, and is compliant with the Health Insurance Privacy and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). It uses the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICIDH-2/ICF) as the framework for development, and builds on initial pilot work already completed by the faculty at Assistive Technology Partners in collaboration with two national projects focused on assistive technology outcomes development.
