Assistive Technology Partners has partnered with Early Childhood Connections, Colorado Department of Human Services-Division for Developmental Disabilities to provide support to expand the delivery of assistive technology devices and services for children up to age 3.

To expand the capacity and available resources of local early intervention teams to utilize assistive technology, this project has trained individuals from around the state in assistive technology applications for children up to age 3. These professionals have access to an assistive technology loan bank in which they can check-out equipment to try with children and families. In addition, these individuals participate in training throughout the year to continue to expand their ability to meet the needs of children.
