Chris Perkins, MA CCC-SLP , is a SWAAAC AT specialist with more than 12 years of experience working with medically fragile people and in early childhood education. She comes to ATP from a local Level I trauma center where she specialized in chronic illness and neurologically based speech-language and cognitive disorders. Previously, she was the co-owner and founder of Broomfield Child Development Center and Speech-Language Pathology Associates. Ms. Perkins now serves as a consultant and resource coordinator for the SWAAAC network of school-based AT professionals across Colorado.
