Completion of Application:
The CASPA application must be completed no later than September 1. CASPA must receive your online submission and all supporting documentation, including transcripts, letters of recommendation, and payment, no later than the September 1 deadline. CASPA will then process and send your application to the program. Incomplete applications or applications completed through CASPA later than this date will not be considered. It is the applicant's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to CASPA; the CHA/PA Program will not consider undelivered or re-submitted applications after the September 1 deadline.
The program supplemental application must be completed and received in the CHA/PA Program offices 2 weeks (14 days) after the CASPA application has been submitted. Official GRE scores must be received no later than October 1. Applications will be reviewed only after all materials are received by the CHA/PA Program.
Once your CASPA application and supplemental application is received in our office, you will be notified by us via e-mail. Please set SPAM filters to accept e-mail from chapa-info@uchsc.edu. Please allow up to 4 weeks after submission to receive notification that we have received the CASPA application.
Foreign Transcripts:
If the applicant chose to study abroad for a semester or longer and the study program was not affiliated with a US school or program of study that provides credits and grades according to the US system, they must submit official foreign transcript reports from World Educational Services (www.WES.org). The service may take several weeks to process your foreign transcript. The CHA/PA Program must receive the WES evaluation by the application deadline. If an applicant studied abroad by a sponsoring US sending school and the credits and grades for that study appear on the US sending school transcript, and are included in the number of total credits and the cum GPA, they do not have to obtain a WES evaluation.
