WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2010.

       

Schedule an appointment with the Office of CME to review your CME Activity proposal.

Interested in hosting a CME activity?     

If so please make sure to review and read the documentation on this page. 

The 1st step is to review the procedural guidelines for hosting a CME activity. 

The 2nd step is to contact the Office of CME (OCME) to schedule an appointment. The OCME will set up a meeting to discuss your activity. If the activity meets all of the criteria you will be provided with an Activity Development Application.   Once the Activity Development Application is completed and signed, submit it with all required documentation to the office of CME.  (Original signatures are required)  Incomeplete applications will be returned.

The University of Colorado Denver School Of Medicine (UCDSOM) is accepting applications for CME Activities.

Please use the CME Activity Application below to apply for CME credit for your activity.

All applications will undergo a review process which may take up to 21 business days. 

An application for an activity that is already promoted will not receive CME credit.

Activity applications should be submitted 6 to 9 months prior to the activity.Activities that begin in a shorter time frame than this may not be considered.

A service fee will be collected upon approval of the application.  Work will not begin on the activity until after payment is received. Please check the CME Fee schedule for an estimate on he CME service fee for your event.

Applications will not be reviewed without a prior appointment. Completing an application does not guarantee your activity will be approved for CME credit.

Original applications are necessary. Submit your application with all required documetnation and original signatures via campus mail or U.S. mail. Incomplete or unsigned applications will be returned without review.

We will be not eview hand written or incomplete applications. Please make sure all applications are complete with needs assessment documentation, a budget and appropriate signatures.

 

Fee Schedule

The Office of CME has a set fee schedule. Service fees are not negotiable and based on service levels, number of days and location, etc. Contact Rose Kennedy (303/724-3555 or Rose.Kennedy@ucdenver.edu) for a current Fee Schedule, since you’ll want this information relative to budgeting for your event. A down-payment of the service fee will be invoiced upon approval of the CME Activity Development Application. Management of the CME activity will begin only after the service fee is received.
