and the required accompanying needs assessment documentation.
We
will be unable to review hand written or incomplete applications.
Please make sure all applications are complete
with needs assessment documentation, a budget and appropriate signatures.
Upon
acceptance of your application a deposit will be requested.
Work on your activity will not start until a deposit is received.
There
are tools available to assist you in your course direction.
