Familial Cardiomyopathy Association (FCA)

Welcome to the web site section of the Familial Cardiomyopathy Association (FCA).  The purpose of this site is to be a source for the patient and their families of information related to genetic based heart disease and to provide support for them.   The FCA is applying for non-profit status and is supported by volunteers, donations, and administrative support from the staff of the CU-CVI.  The medical information is reviewed by the medical doctors and scientists of the CU-CVI but is not intended to provide medical advice.  Each individual and family members have unique medical requirements and should consult with their health care provider for advice specific to their own set of circumstances.
