Rachel Rosenberg, is the Administrator for the Cardiovascular Institute and in Clinical Research and Development for The Temple
Hoyne Buell Research Laboratories located at the 9th and Colorado Campus for the Division of Cardiology. She has a MS and MBA degree from UC Denver in Health Administration,
including a Master's track in International Health Policy and Management and studied in Thailand the effects of globalization on health care system. In addition, to her
graduate studies, she was awarded a scholarship from CU’s Bard Center for Entrepreneurship, and complete their certificate program in Entrepreneurship. Rachel has worked with the University of Colorado since 2004
and has previously held positions' as the Associate Administrator for CU's Center for Global Health, and also worked in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Biometrics
working on a major study supported by the National Institute of Health and the Center for Disease Control. Prior to joining the
University, Rachel has worked for Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems in Operations Management, McKesson, and as a Quality Management Associate in Health Administration for the
Steamboat Springs Health Care Association.
She received her BS in Health Sciences/Pre-med from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. Rachel is an active community leader in the metro Denver area and
is involved in serveral civic organization on a volunteer basis, and serves on Advisory Boards.
