Educational Support Services maintains and operates
the Videoconference and Distance Education delivery systems, recording
mediums and audio/video duplication.
Videoconferencing/Distributed Education:
Availability for point-to-point or multipoint videoconferences
that provide access to health care, health education for students
and health professionals for urban, rural and international affiliates.
Streaming Solutions:
One-way broadcast to any location that has a computer with Windows
Media Player installed (version 10 or higher is recommended).
The stream can be recorded at the same time and stored on a server
or archived on a DVD.
Recording Services:
Videconferences can be recorded to a DVD or CD and/or stored on
a server and utilized at a later date.
Audioconferencing:
Audioconferencing is available regardless of the room size. This
service is tailored for venues of 16 or less callers dialing in.

Educational Support Services provides web-based, desktop video
conferencing services using Adobe Connect (formerly Macromedia
Breeze).
This web-conferencing service allows for web-conferences that
provide access to program distribution to multiple users at their
desktops.

Educational Support Services supports more than 50 rooms wired
for video and audio distribution. Several rooms are also wired
for recording of patient/student interviews.
Duplication and/or transfer of audio and videotapes are also provided.
