Our office is located on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Education 2 North (Building P-28), third floor, in the Student Services Area.

8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday)
8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Thursday)
The Student Services Area is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students can drop off paperwork and get general information during these hours. The Financial Aid Office is closed during most national holidays except Columbus Day and Veterans Day. We are also closed the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. Please call to confirm if we are open during inclement weather.
