The price for one new single-user copy of the software for organizations is $750 plus $250 for the annual maintenance fee.  The annual maintenance fee for the software is $250 per single-user copy per year. The maintenance fee includes all upgrades, and unrestricted telephone technical assistance for one year.  Additional utilities include a spell checker with medical terminology, and a scheduling module.  Each additional module is $75.00.

NETWORK COPY

The charges for the network version of Clinical Fusion^®  are $750 for the software, and a software fee of $250 for each work station connected to the network.  The annual maintenance fee is $250, plus $55 for each workstation connected to the network.  The maintenance fee includes all upgrades, and unrestricted telephone technical assistance for one year.  Additional utilities include a spell checker with medical terminology, and a scheduling module.  Each additional module is $75.00 plus $35 for each workstation.

DISCOUNTS

The following 'single-user copy' volume discounts apply to software purchases only, not the annual maintenance fee. The volume discount applies to software purchased from the same entity. 

    2nd copy of software 10%
    3-5 copies 15%
    6-10 copies 20%
    11-20 25%
    > 20 copies 30%

The discount is cumulative. For example, state ABC buys 8 copies of the software. The discount would be 20%. Two months later, they purchase 8 more copies. Two copies would receive a 20% discount (total to 10 copies) and 6 copies would be discounted 25%.
