Resident List

The GME Office reserves the right to provide resident information only for specific educational and administrative purposes.

Those needing a Resident List must complete the Request for Resident List Form and submit to

Training Verification:

The GME Office provides verification of training completion for individuals who graduated from a UCD GME program. Usually verification requests are made from outside entities-such as a hospital. Once received, requests are usually completed and are returned within 2-3 days.

The GME Office does not provide individual evaluations of residents. Forms requesting perfomace evaluations will be sent to the Program Directors.
