Payroll

GME is the "home department" for all residents. The GME office is responsible for entering into the PeopleSoft system the employment data, personal profile and eligibility identification for every resident.

If at anytime during the year any of this information changes (i.e. name, address, phone number, marital status), please notify GME immediately.

If a resident does not receive a paycheck, please call GME and we will try to determine the problem. If the resident has any questions about payroll deductions, please have them call the main Payroll & Benefit Services (PBS) phone number 303-735-6500.

Residents are paid monthly on the last business day of the month with the exception of the month of June; June's payday will be the 1st business day of July due to the passage of Senate Bill 03-197 which can be viewed at http://www.leg.state.co.us/2003a/pubhome.nsf .

CU has gone paperless in regards to pay advice. You may opt-in to receive a paper copy of your pay advice by filling out the Opt-In form found at http://www.cu.edu/pbs/forms/#p the form must reach PBS before the w-4/direct deposit deadline for the current month, usually around the 10th. You can also access your payroll advice through My CU Portal located at http://my.cu.edu . You may print a copy of your pay advice and review past pay periods.
