Rolf Dahl is from California where did his BA and MA in biology and chemistry at San Jose State University. He came to Colorado for further graduate studies in cell/molecular biology at MCD Biology, University of Colorado. He has worked at UCD since 1971, initially in bacterial genetics and most recently with electron and light microscopy.
