The web version of the QIS Resource Manual should be used for printing hard copies of the Manual and/or for the QIS Resource Manual Folder on the tablet PC Desktop. (The QIS forms contained in this print version are in PDF format and should not be used for QIS electronic forms which must be in Word format.)

If you require a document or group of documents from a Tab, please select the Tab on the menu bar to the left. The page you select will allow you to download a specific document in PDF format or the entire Tab in ZIP format.

A WinZip utility is required to unzip some files. Windows XP Pro or Vista systems will be able to decompress zipped files. If you have an older version of Windows, you will need to download WinZip from the link provided below or search for another product that will decompress a (.zip) file.
