Eugene J. Nuccio, PhD is a Senior Instructor within the Division of Health Care Policy and Research at the University of Colorado Denver. His most recent Division projects included developing a multi-variate priorization metric for identifying home health agencies in need of early review, developing logistic regression predictive models used to risk adjust health outcomes. Dr. Nuccio is currently completing work relating the effectiveness of enforcement action on repeat deficiencies in nursing homes.
