Neil Goldenberg MSRHTC Associate Director Phone: 303-724-0724 Email: Neil.Goldenberg@ucdenver.edu Neil Goldenberg, MD, PhD, the Center’s associate director, is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He is Co-Director of the Pediatric Thrombosis Program at UCD/TCH along with Dr. Manco-Johnson of the Center. In addition, Dr. Goldenberg is Co-Director of the Pediatric Stroke Program at UCD/TCH along with Dr. Timothy Bernard of Neurology. Dr. Goldenberg presently serves as attending physician in Center-affiliated sub-specialty pediatric clinics in Thrombophilia/Thrombosis, Ischemic Stroke, Bleeding Disorder Evaluation, Hemophilia Comprehensive Care, von Willebrand Disease/Platelet Dysfunction, and Rare Bleeding Disorders. In 2009, Dr. Goldenberg plans to also serve as attending physician in a Young Adult Thrombophilia/Thrombosis Clinic at our Center, serving patients 21 to 40 years of age. |

Brenda Riske Clinic and Research Director Phone: 303-724-0724 Email: Brenda.Riske@uchsc.edu Brenda Riske, RN, MS, MBA is the Clinical and Research Director for the MSRHTC. She is responsible for the daily functioning of the clinic and oversight of research activities. Brenda has been at the center since 1984. She also serves as the Region VIII Regional Coordinator, coordinating all grant applications to the federal agencies that support hemophilia care. Ms. Riske is involved in the grants management of all research studies. |

She provides education, counseling, resource development and referral, advocacy, support, program development, training, group facilitation and community organization for patients and families in the bleeding disorder community. Erin is Region VIII and Region IX social work representative on the National Hemophilia Foundation Social Work Working Group. She has worked as a social worker since 1984 with various groups and individuals in diverse environments. |
