Research Interests
Cathi Basler, Instructor, University of Colorado Denver, AIDS Clinical Trials Group received her Master's of Science Degree with a specialization in Adult and Geriatric Nursing from the University of Colorado in 1999. Prior to completing her Master's Degree she worked as a medical-surgical Solid Organ Transplant charge and resource nurse. While attending graduate school she was a Cardiac Transplant Coordinator at University of Colorado Hospital in Denver. After graduation in 1999 Ms. Basler joined the ACTG as a Research Nurse Practitioner. Her interests include Acute HIV Infection, treatment of ARV naïve subjects, HIV in developing countries and women with HIV.
