Summary of Research:
I use the new baculovirus library technology developed by Dr. John Kappler to discover many new peptide mimotopes that elicit antitumor T cell responses. My goal is to add to the list of rules to design an effective mimotope vaccine. I am also determining what it means to be an “antigen-specific” T cell, as I have found 100s of peptides that elicit T cells that cross react with tumor.
