Space Request
Do you need more office or lab space? If so, you will need to submit a Space Request.
The Office of Instituional Planning will assist in any Space request. Please complete a Space Request Form and send to Institional Planning at Campus Box F540 or email to Jerry.Scezney@uchsc.edu. The Space Request flow process is below for your reference.
