Yes, in two ways.  If you are using a PC or a Mac with a newer Microsoft UAM (User Authentication Module, for OS X 10.2.2, UAM v 1.0.2, Classic OS, 8.5 or above, v 5.04, both available on AppleLan) on campus, you will be notified upon login that your password is about to expire and asked if you want to change your password.  A Change Password window will open.

On the date that your password expires, you will be sent an email message telling you your password has expired.  A link to the password change web page will be provided.
