Welcome to the International Diabetes Epidemiology Group

The International Diabetes Epidemiology Group unites researchers and practitioners in diabetes epidemiology worldwide.
The mission of this group is to forge collaboration and effectively exchange data and ideas on epidemiology of Type 1, Type 2, and other forms of diabetes and their complications.

The group formed in 1979 and has met every three years during satellite meetings to the congresses of the International Diabetes Federation.
