A one or two year Neuroradiology Fellowship
position is available starting July 2005 or 2006 in the Department of
Radiology
at the University of Colorado Denver, Denver, Colorado.
The University of Colorado Neuroradiology Fellowship Program
is
based at University Hospital, and includes experience at The Children's
Hospital, Neurointernvetional Radiology, Neuropathology and Advanced Neuroimaging
Laboratory. The program is supervised by the four Neuroradiologists at
University
Hospital.
Research within the program is principally in the areas of MR-based
measures of MS and other white matter diseases; and functional studies
by fMRI and MEG; high resolution orbital imaging; cerebrovascular compliance;
?-weighted imaging ; web based teaching methods and 3D image manipulation.
Our Equipment
In
house equipment includes: 1.5 T GE Signa (Echo-speed MRI upgrade Oct. 1997)
and 1.5 T Siemens Vision MRI Systems (strong gradient echo-planar system);
two 1.5 T Siemens Symphony MRI; Quantum
gradient 1-16 slice, 1-10 slice, 1-4 slice Siemens CT scanner; 1 GE and
1 Seimens single slice scanner; Siemens 3T
research MRI;
two high speed (Spiral) GE CTi Systems; Siemens Volume Zoom 4 slice/multi
slice CT; biplane and single plane Digital Angiography
suites.
We
