The Colorado Weigh™ Program is a comprehensive weight loss and maintenance program. The unique program provides a two 12-week weight loss phases and a long-term maintenance program to support life-long changes. Each class meeting encourages participants to implement and practice effective strategies for healthy weight loss and maintenance.

Purpose:
The Colorado Weigh™ Program was created to put the best scientifically based weight loss information into practice to help individual's lose weight - and to keep it off.
How is The Colorado Weigh™ Program different from other programs?

- Classes taught by health professionals trained at the CU Weight Management Center
- Mentoring by those who have successful in losing weight and keeping it off.
- Offers two 12-week wight loss phases followed by the Graduate Program

How much does the program cost?
- $399 for each weight loss phase
How often to the classes meet?
- Classes meet weekly for an hour each week throughout the 12-week phases.
- Maintenance classes are offered either once or twice a month
