Uses
Subrecipient agreements are used when UCD is purchasing personal
services from an external source or vendor, such as another university,
with funds from an external sponsor, such as National Institutes of Health.
Subcontract or Contract?
What is the difference between a contract and subcontract? Contracts are
used when money is coming into the University; subcontracts
are used when money is leaving the University for work that
is being done at another institution or entity. Please refer to the
Contracts
page of the website if a contract is needed.
