Pam Vincent Assistant Director of PostAward and Accounting

Pam Vincent is the Assistant Director of the PostAward and Accounting Section in the Office of Grants and Contracts. Pam’s professional experience includes Big Four Public Accounting experience in the Audit Practice, as well as Fortune 500 accounting experience in the areas of Cost Accounting, General Accounting Management, Accounting Systems Design and Implementation Management. Pam’s higher education experience includes past positions in the areas of budgeting, general financial management and grants and contracts. Pam holds a B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University.
