Overview: This conference is intended to provide an introduction and broad overview for selected key areas in Cytopathology. Each primary topic will be covered in two to four consecutive sessions. Regular attendance is expected for all AP/CP residents.  These sessions will have a variety of formats including but not limited to PowerPoint didactic sessions, unknown slide review, the use of digital or glass slide review sets, or the review of on-line tutorials. Residents are expected to review the relevant chapters in DeMay in advance of these sessions. Copies of both of DeMay's textbooks (one volume and two volume versions) are available at both campuses. In addition, complete copies of the International Academy of Cytopathology tutorials have been ordered for the residents at both campuses.
