Clinical History:

A 22-year-old college student complained of severe headaches after a game of touch football.  By the time he could be taken to the Emergency Room he was comatose.  He died before therapy could be instituted.  At autopsy a massive subarachnoid hemorrhage was found.  In addition the lesion in Figure 1 was found.   A cross section is seen in Figure 2
