Medical Student Program
The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado Denver is highly committed to medical student education. Utilizing the strengths of our hospital-based academic faculty as well as our community-based clinical faculty, students experience a broad range of medical care of for children from birth to adolescence and early adulthood. We offer required and elective courses, extracurricular activities, research opportunities, and career advising for medical students interested in pediatrics. Students gain clinical knowledge and skills that will promote outstanding care of children for careers in all types of specialties.
