Pediatric Clinical Services at Denver Health
Inpatient Services: Inpatient care for children and adolescents is provided for medical and surgical illness on the pediatric ward or in the intensive care unit.
Outpatient Services: Urgent or acute care is available in the Denver Emergency Center for Children located in the hospital, while primary and preventive care are provided at 9 separate primary care clinics located at Denver Health and at other locations throughout Denver.
The Women, Infants and Children's Program: The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Denver Health provides Level I, II, and III neonatal care; specialized care for high-risk mothers and babies is also available.
Community Health Services: The school-based health centers expand access to preventive care and treatments on site at 12 Denver schools.
