Education Overview

The University of Colorado School of Medicine's Department of Pediatrics and the National Jewish Medical and Research Center offers an ACGME-accredited (Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education) fellowship in pediatric allergy and immunology.

Training for pediatric residents in allergy, immunology and rheumatology takes place in a single, integrated academic program at National Jewish, the University of Colorado Hospital, the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes and The Children's Hospital.

An elective in pediatric allergy and immunology is available for fourth-year medical students who have successfully completed a pediatric clerkship.
