1. What's the difference between Facilities Projects and Facilities Operations?

Facilities Projects is responsible for management of design and construction management for remodel, generally over $25,000 in value, and new building projects. Facilities Operations is responsible for building maintenance of existing facilities, engineering services, environmental health and safety, parking operations, in addition to minor campus alterations.

2. Where can I check the progress of my project?

If you know the Project Request Form (PRF) number of your project, you can view the status of your project using the Project Report. If you do not know the PRF number, you can look up the building in which the project exists by using the Building Report to access the list of all the projects in that particular building and then use the PRF number to view the status of your project. You may also view the Active Project List, which includes all the projects managed by the Facilities projects Department.
