This sustainability built facility will provide the new home of the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The 170,000 gsf building will be located at a point linking the education, research and biotechnology zones of the AMC. It will house the school’s full faculty, administrative services and the research and clinical programs.

- Preservation & Access Service Center for Colorado Academic Libraries 2 (PASCAL 2)
- The PASCAL 2 building is an addition to the original PASCAL building that was built in 2000 with a storage capacity of 1.6 million volumes. The new addition will house another 1.3 million volumes. Program planning was complete in June of 2007 and design work began in October 2007. The scheduled completion for this $3.9 million, 11,035 gsf facility is in December 2008.

- Building 500 Phase 3 Renovation
- The phase 3 renovation of building 500 will convert 58.000 gsf of underused and unusable portions of the previous hospital into much needed office space for Chancellor staff and School of Medicine administration. A concept paper was developed in 2003 and the project has been completing sections as space becomes available. The $9 million project is expected to be complete in January 2009.

- 17th Place Landscaping Project
- 17th Place, the main east west pedestrian corridor through the Anschutz Medical Campus will be constructed to support pedestrian traffic and to house the largest state funding public art piece ever installed. Through the full length of the 1,200 foot corridor the existing roadway will be removed and landscaping, foundations and lighting for the art work will be installed. Pedestrian lighting will also be installed the full length of the corridor.
