project overview
The Building 500 Phase 3 Renovation includes renovating space on the ground, 1st, 6th, and 7th floors. Occupants include School of Medicine Cancer Center, Dean's office, Central Services & Administration and Chancellors office & staff. Building 500 was originally designed and constructed as hospital space, which did not efficiently adapt to the extensive office space needed for the University of Colorado Denver. The overall renovation will help achieve the balance of the move from the 9th and Colorado Campus to the new Anschutz Medical Campus
