project overview
The new PASCAL 2 addition will add 11,035 gsf to the existing and 18,456 gsf original PASCAL building. The facility will significantly increase the high density storage capacity and will be a shared resource for UC denver, UC Boulder and AHEC. The facility can dispatch books and periodicals within a days notice to all 3 Library facilities. The book storage shelves stand almost 3 stories high and the facility runs at a constant 55 degrees Fahrenheit with a relative humidity of 35%.
