- Research 2
- As the second major research complex, Research 2 will provide approximately 506,000 gsf of additional space for the research enterprise in the research zone at the Anschutz Medical Campus. The planning for this project began in fiscal year 2004, and the project is estimated to cost $205.8 million. Construction started in October 2005. The project is scheduled for completion in
June 2008.

- Academic Office 1
- A new Academic Office Facility is located south of Research 2. Academic Office 1 provides 204,974 gsf for faculty offices. The project was completed in August 2007, at a cost of $39.2 million.

- Anschutz Medical Campus Infrastructure and Development - Phase 10
- Infrastructure Phase 10 supports and builds upon the previous 9 phases of infrastructure development. It, like the other phases, was completed "just-in-time" to support buildings serving program requirements. The total cost of this phase of work was $6.6 million and includes reimbursement to The Children's Hospital and University of Colorado Hospital for infrastructure work that they are completing in support of campus development that includes the Certificate of Participation (COP) projects, completed in the fall of 2007.

- Education 1
- The Education 1 facility includes space for multipurpose classrooms, lecture halls, specialized instructional and computer laboratories, student community space, program space for the Center for Studies in Clinical Performance, and skills laboratories for programs in nursing, physical therapy, and pharmacy. The 115,251 gsf facility is located to the east of Building 500 in the education zone of the Anschutz Medical Campus, and allows the Physical Therapy, Pharm.D., and School of Nursing undergraduate programs to relocate to the Anschutz Medical Campus. The project was completed in August 2007 at a cost of $37.2 million.

- Education 2 North and South
- Education 2 North & South consists of two structures that provide education space on the lower floors and faculty offices on the upper floors, which is connected by the education bridge . The 275,376 gsf facility is located east of Education 1 in the campus education zone. The project provides education and office space, which allowed the remaining UCD education programs to relocate to the Anschutz Medical Campus. The education space contains classrooms of various sizes, lecture halls, computer stations, small group learning rooms, and student community space. The project was completed in November 2007 at a cost of $75.7 million.

- Fulginiti Pavilion for Ethics and Humanities
- The core and shell of the new Fulginiti Pavilion for Ethics and Humanities building was constructed at the Anschutz Medical Campus to house the Center for Bioethics and Humanities. This facility provides 19,475 gsf for exhibit, meeting, seminar, and program office space. The tenant finish will be completed as a future project.

- Health Sciences Library
- The new library provides state-of-the-art library services to the Anschutz Medical Campus and allows the campus to leverage technology and information to meet the evolving needs of Colorado for education, research, patient care, community service, and economic development. The new Health Sciences Library will consists of 113,005 gsf of collection, study, and computer access and administration space located on a prominent site to the north of Building 500. The $35 million project was completed in July 2007.

- Henderson Parking Garage
- The first parking garage to serve UCD staff and visitors was constructed at the intersection of Scranton & Montview. Construction strated in July 2006 and was completed in September 2007. The structure will provide about 1,550 parking spaces.

- School of Dental Medicine
- The School of Dental Medicine consists of approximately 60,000 ASF of clinical education space. The $26.5 million project, will meet a significant proportion of the curricular needs of the School of Dental Medicine, and it houses a new orthodontics program. The facility contains clinical, clinical support, learning laboratory and clinical simulation spaces. The clinical functions to be included in the facility are general dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, surgery, radiology, and specialized areas for pediatric care, geriatric care, and special needs care. In addition, simulation areas will enable students to practice on simulated patients. Ground breaking for the project was in March 2004, and was completed in September 2005.

- Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes - Ph 1 - 3
- The Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes at the University of Colorado Denver is the largest diabetes and endocrine care research and training program in the Colorado community. The project involved the construction of a new facility for the Barbara Davis Center to fully transition its research and clinical programs from 9th Avenue to the Anschutz Medical Campus. Phases 1 and 2 construction were completed in March 2005, with occupancy taking place in April 2005. The phase 3 tenant finish of floors 2 & 3 was completed in October 2006.

- Research 1 - North & South
- The 390,160 ASF complex constitutes the first comprehensive research presence for the UCD on the Anschutz Medical Campus. The complex consists of two buildings located in the research zone, which is west and southwest of Building 500. The total project cost of the complex was $209.1 million. Included in the Research 1 facilities are wet and dry research laboratories, core laboratories, lab support space (including space for linear equipment), researcher and program offices, conference rooms, a central vivarium, auditoria, and building support space. Project construction commenced in December 2000 and was completed in June 2004.

- Nighthorse Campbell Native Health Building
- The three-story Nighthorse Campbell Native Health Center, with 45,396 GSF, houses the Division of American Indian and Alaska Native Programs and the Programs for Public Psychiatry, both of which are within the UCD School of Medicine's Department of Psychiatry. It also currently houses the UCD TeleHealth/TeleEducation Program and Resource Center. The $11.5 million project was completed in August 2002.

- Central Utility Plant
- The Central Utility Plant (CUP) provides steam and chilled water to the University property. The plant is 82,000 square feet, at a cost of $47.5 million. Construction began in December 2000 and the second expansion was completed in July 2007.

- Environmental Health and Safety 1
- To accommodate the health and safety needs of the general UCD campus, and in particular, its research programs, a 12,025 GSF environmental health and safety support facility is being constructed on the Anschutz Medical Campus. The project cost for this first phase of the project was $3.2 million. This facility was completed in April 2004.

- Preservation and Access Services Center for Colorado Academic Libraries (PASCAL)
- The 15,156 ASF library storage facility named the Preservation and Access Service Center for Colorado Academic Libraries (PASCAL) was completed in January 2001. The $4.1 million, state-of-the-art, library storage facility provides climate-controlled housing for materials in the library collections of UCD, CU-Boulder and the University of Denver.

- Anschutz Medical Campus Infrastructure and Development - Phases 1 -9
- Since 1999 the University of Colorado Denver has managed the design and construction of 9-phases of infrastructure projects, totaling $52 million, to support the continuing development of the Anschutz Medical Campus. This phased development involved transitioning from existing Army infrastructure to new infrastructure designed and sized to accommodate a modern medical campus.

- Environmental Health and Safety Facility 2
- EHS 2 is comprised of 7,356 gsf on one level for waste-handling facilities to support UCD academic facilities at the Anschutz Medical Campus. The total project cost for EHS 2 was $2.1 million. Construction was completed in February 2007.

- Campus Services
- The Campus Services building will house UCD support services and include maintenance shops such as painting, carpentry, mechanical works as well as worker's offices. The facility, with 68,333 gsf, at a cost of $18 million. It was completed in June 2007.
