project overview
This new, eight-level academic office facility, comprised of 204,974 gsf, includes program and faculty and staff offices, conference rooms, and office support space, housing the various faculty and staff of five schools of the UCD at the Anschutz Medical Campus. This new academic office facility was programmed and designed to provide office environments that are flexible and functional, with an aesthetic character that provides a high quality academic environment. The spaces were designed to provide flexible and functional office environments for current occupants and to serve the needs of the campus as future changes occur. The project was completed in August 2007, at a cost of $39.2 million.
