project overview
The Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes' core and shell and 1st and 4th floors were completed in March 2005. Phase 3, with the fit-out of the 2nd and 3rd floors, was completed in October 2007. The 2nd floor houses clinical research and the 3rd floor houses laboratory research space. The total project cost of all phases is $29.4 million. The designed square footage is 112,000 gsf.
