project overview
The Campus Services building is comprised of 68,333 gsf on three levels for facilities operations programs and office functions including campus maintenance shops, mail services, engineering and building safety, grounds maintenance, parking and transportation services, and related exterior facilities maintenance and storage areas. The program office and support space was designed to ensure flexibility in use and the capability for interchange of space among the various campus administrative support programs. The total project cost for The Campus Services was $18 million.
