Phase 10 Infrastructure development includes the following:
Building Demolition - Demolition of US Army buildings 220, 226, 632 and 633 to clear space for infrastructure routing, building development, parking and removal of hazardous structures.
Water and Storm Sewer - Installation of water and storm lines in Victor Street.
Telecommunications Duct bank - New duct bank in 17th Avenue as well as west of the Fitzsimons Commons.
Sanitary Sewer - New sanitary sewer lines in 17th Ave.
