project overview
The first parking garage to serve UCD staff and visitors will be constructed at the intersection of Scranton & Montview. Construction will start in July 2006 and is expected to be completed in September 2007. The structure will provide about 1,550 parking spaces.
This structure will serve the parking requirements generated by moving the remaining Education and Research programs to the Anschutz Medical Campus from the 9th Avenue campus. Parking demand is expected to exceed the available surface parking by November 2007.
