How to Apply

The UCD Internship Program participates in the APPIC Internship Matching Program. Applicants can download an Applicant Agreement from the Matching Program website at www.natmatch.com/psychint or request an Agreement be mailed by contacting the National Matching Services, Inc.

Applications for consideration must consist of the following, completed by the applicant:

  1. APPI 2008-2009 completed by the candidate with original hard copy signatures
    • Part 1: Standard Application
    • Part 2: Academic Program’s Verification of Internship Eligibility and Readiness Form (Part 2 must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the signature of the Training Director across the seal of the envelope.)
  2. University of Colorado Denver Division of Psychology Supplemental Application Form
  3. Curriculum Vitae
  4. Official graduate school transcript(s)
  5. Three letters of recommendation

It is the candidate's responsibility to see that all application materials are received at the address below by November 1, 2008. You may include a pre-addressed, stamped postcard, which will be mailed when your application is complete. Address all application materials to:
