Research Interests
Don Rojas, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Neuroscience at the University of Colorado Denver in Denver, CO. He received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Colorado State University in 1995 and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in developmental neuroscience and neuroimaging at the University of Colorado Denver in 1997. Dr. Rojas works in the Colorado Neuromagnetic Imaging Laboratory (CNIC) in the Department of Psychiatry. Brain imaging technologies such as magnetoencephalography (MEG) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are used in his research group to examine a variety of auditory processing and motor coordination issues in neurodevelopmental disorders such as fragile X syndrome, autism, and childhood-onset psychotic disorders.
